Terms & Conditions of Purchase and Sale

These Terms & Conditions govern the legal relationship between the Buyer and Jan Cervenka, 72 Woodland Park, Kilrea,BT51 5SH, operating the online store hivekit.co.uk.

By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms.

The Seller may amend these Terms at any time; changes take effect once published on the website.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. Delivery cost, if any, is added at checkout.

Payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfer.

An order is considered placed once the Buyer completes the order form and payment. A confirmation with the order details is sent to the Buyer’s email.

Live queen bees are shipped under conditions that protect animal welfare; delivery timing is arranged with the Buyer.

The Buyer may cancel an order before it is dispatched. For consumer purchases, statutory withdrawal and return rights apply as required by law.

Live animals (queen bees) are perishable goods and, once dispatched or delivered in good condition, are generally exempt from the standard cooling-off return, except where they arrive dead or defective — in which case contact us immediately with evidence for a replacement or refund.
